This will be an upscale pool hall specifically for members, corporate events, and local pool teams from around the surrounding area. This will be for pool players only. Scoop's Rack House will hold pool team tournaments, and also offer memberships including certain pool playing packages. This is a private club, limiting mainstream traffic to prevent local bar goers. Once this first opening is successful, this will become a high end billiards chain to be located in major cities along the east coast.
