Ask For Funding is a subscription-based service. This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available and how to cancel Your Subscription.
1. 24-Hour Refund
Subscribers may cancel their Subscription within twenty-four (24) business hours of subscribing to receive a full refund. Beyond the initial twenty-four (24) hour window, refunds are not offered for any reason other than internal error.
2. Billing Cycle
Your card on file will be charged for each Billing Cycle, which is approximately every four (4) weeks. Your next renewal date and the amount to be charged are shown on the receipts We send You, and on the Subscription page in Your dashboard.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel Your Subscription at any time to prevent further billing. To cancel before Your next billing date and avoid being charged for the upcoming Billing Cycle, please call Us at (855) 838-1111 (within the United States and Canada) or (+61) 1800 947 906 (within Australia), or contact Us; additional cancellation options may be available depending on Your Subscription and Account configuration. After cancellation, You may continue to use Your Ask For Funding Service until the end of Your current Billing Cycle.
