Development of one unit with the opportunity to build a four-unit Paris Baguette Cafe platform throughout Middle Tennessee. PB Franklin is an opportunity to invest in the development and operation of a Paris Baguette bakery café in Franklin, Tennessee. Paris Baguette is an established global bakery-café franchise offering artisan breads, pastries, cakes, sandwiches, salads, coffee and catering for multiple customer occasions throughout the day.

The café will be located in a growing and affluent Williamson County market, surrounded by business tenants, retail destinations, apartments and established family neighborhoods. This mix creates strong customer synergy across breakfast, lunch, afternoon, celebration, catering and takeout occasions.

This is an execution-ready project rather than an early-stage concept. The location has been secured, required city approvals have been obtained, and architectural and predevelopment work is substantially advanced. Management has already invested approximately $200,000 in franchise, legal, architectural, lease-deposit and other development costs. Construction is expected to take approximately 150 days after funding is completed.

Management also has a development agreement with Paris Baguette to open three additional cafés in the greater Nashville market over the next three years. This planned expansion demonstrates the franchisor’s confidence in management and creates opportunities for regional brand awareness, shared market knowledge, operating efficiencies and management depth.
