Tailored Consulting Group (TCG) is a boutique business consulting firm specializing in operational excellence, leadership development, and customer experience for hospitality and healthcare organizations. We partner with restaurants, hotels, multi-location concepts, clinics, private practices, and wellness businesses to build the systems, leadership, and infrastructure needed for sustainable growth.
Rather than functioning as a traditional marketing agency, TCG serves as an executive-level strategic partner. Our services include operational consulting, customer acquisition and retention strategies, workflow optimization, AI-powered business automation, website development, and leadership coaching. We also deliver our proprietary H.E.A.R.T. Method™, a leadership and crisis management framework designed to strengthen organizational culture, accountability, and service excellence.
Founded on more than 14 years of executive hospitality leadership experience, TCG officially launches in August 2026 with its core business infrastructure already established, including client service agreements, operational systems, delivery processes, and business banking. The company is intentionally designed for scalable growth, with plans to expand into the Guam hospitality and healthcare markets beginning in January 2027 through strategic partnerships and consulting services.
