Energy on Demand

We are a developer of energy storage projects under 20 MWs in California. We buy energy from SCE from 12 AM to 8 AM for about $.04 kW store it and resell it back to SCE at about $.90 kW from 4 PM to 8 PM. We will have a long term purchase and sale contract with SCE for an initial 12 years with two five year extensions. We are seeking $500,000 to complete entitlement, pre development electrical engineering and a Power Purchase Agreement with SCE. We have site control and are ready to submit applications to the City of Loma Linda for a Conditional Use Permit to develop the project. The  development is consistent with the City zoning code and City staff has endorsed the proposed development.
