We are a heavy equipment rental business filling the short term rental niche specifically marketing to property owners that want to do the job themselves. I have bought one mini excavator and it is booked until mid August and I am booked out far enough customers are turning away, I get calls everyday because other rental businesses only offer a single day, week or month, closed on weekends and have a very high rate for anything less than 1 week. I offer single day, 3 day/weekend deal and 1 week rates that are affordable but very much profitable. This will fund another Kubota mini excavator and a Kubota skidsteer.
