Historic bar since 1862 in the Gold Rush foothills of California looking to launch our grand reopening. We purchased the bar at the end of 2022 and have completed a complete renovation of the building with a design true to the gold rush era and including all the modern amenities. Prior owner was a sole proprietorship, cash only business last reported $177,000 on Experian. Due to prior owner liabilities, we created our own LLC and own the building and the liquor license outright. We project increased revenue with the introduction of point of sale and modern marketing appealing to a wide base of local community members and tourists alike.
