iLiner Corporation has developed a new category of premium entertainment ownership through its proprietary Smart Medallion™ platform and has achieved the support and participation of three of the top producers in music and over 40 top tier artists.  The Company believes that while streaming transformed consumer access to music and entertainment, it also reduced ownership, collectability, and premium physical product sales. iLiner's strategy is to complement—not replace—streaming by creating exclusive, collectible entertainment releases that deliver meaningful value to artists, rights holders, and fans.

Each Smart Medallion is a premium, coaster-shaped collectible that securely stores exclusive entertainment content directly on the device. Unlike subscription streaming platforms, Smart Medallions provide permanent ownership of curated entertainment experiences that can be accessed and cast to smart televisions, computers, tablets, smartphones, and audio systems. Every Smart Medallion is intended to launch like a major album release. Each combines an exclusive unreleased concert with original commissioned cover artwork, transforming the Medallion into both a premium entertainment product and a collectible work of art. Depending on the release, content will include a previously unreleased concert, complete albums, documentaries, music videos, interviews, backstage footage, historical performances, photographs, interactive liner notes, and other exclusive materials.
