iLiner™ is the music platform that partners with leading music stars to create and sell SmartAlbums. SmartAlbums deliver fans a full concert, a complete album, extensive album liner notes, video interviews and a backstage experience. These media rich experiences are purchased by fans and delivered on a physical SmartAlbum Medallion. iLiner™ creates an entirely new channel for artists to connect with fans and a substantial revenue source for artists and record labels.

iLiner™ combines the features of original vinyl albums in a digital format that includes advanced video, virtual reality, and immersive experiences. Albums may be viewed on tablets, phones, smart televisions and virtual reality headsets such as the Apple VisionPro.

An Explosive Market

The annual market for online and digital music is projected at $82 Billion by 2026. iLiner™ is not a streaming music playlist platform. An artist's fan base will purchase and own iLiner™ SmartAlbums that include much more engaging content than traditional albums or streaming services.

Current Market Traction

Tim Loudermilk, the founder, a lawyer and technologist, has represented many star-level musical artists and labels. Established relationships include seven major record labels and over 70 star-level artists from five major music genres. iLiner has the support of the top three producers in the music industry across multiple genres. iLiner™ SmartAlbums are sold directly to music fans through the musical artist's and their label's websites. SmartAlbums include advanced anti-piracy security for content encryption and blockchain smart contracts for ownership validation.

There is no competitive multimedia album experience available today. iLiner™ is the first platform that handles each step in the creation, sale, resale, management, and security of immersive albums at scale. Our view is that both Apple and Spotify offer potential partnership opportunities for iLiner™. Apple is currently cooperating with us on delivering immersive content to their recently released virtual reality headset.
