I am presently wanting to develop my commercial property adding a Pavillion of Medical buildings
I presently have pre-leased the space to the following companies
Physical Therapy company
Durable medical Goods Company
Home Health Company
Medical Billing company
and three specialty doctors
the last item which is being marketed is the Urgent Care facility which accommodates two doctors. this is the main building in 28 months will build to suit the 10,000 sq ft diagnistic building   which 2,000 of the is for sleep lab this would be the only such building in the area, presently the only place to go is the ER to get diagnostic or travel 43 miles. The center can generate over 10 million annually.
I own the property with very small loan looking for investor that would consider. Presently the variance I have save me 3.8 million as I am not required to put an access road in. Direct access, high traffic over 71,000 new househoulds presently being build less thant two mile s from property on US Hgwy. Opportunity zone and in USDA area for construction loan.
