UmniHub, a Perth-based digital health platform building what we believe is Australia's missing prescription infrastructure layer.
UmniHub is not positioned as a single-point solution or application layer. It is being built as core digital infrastructure for prescription capture, routing, and fulfilment across Australia's pharmacy ecosystem.
Australia has achieved strong uptake of e-prescriptions, yet the prescription economy remains fragmented — digitally issued but not digitally actionable. UmniHub sits between patients, prescribers, pharmacies, and payers, acting as a neutral, API-first orchestration layer that decodes e-prescriptions, enables real-time pharmacy discovery and pricing, and routes compliant fulfilment without owning clinics, inventory, or stock.
Strategically, UmniHub is aligned with the Australian Digital Health Blueprint 2023–2033, particularly its focus on interoperability, consumer-centred care, and system sustainability. Our architecture is designed to integrate with existing national assets (eRx, Active Script List, My Health Record) while unlocking private-sector commercialisation at the infrastructure level.
We see UmniHub as prescription infrastructure, not an app — similar to how payment or commerce layers enable entire ecosystems.
From an investment and partnership lens, UmniHub aligns strongly with national priorities around critical digital infrastructure and commercialisation-ready platforms, with progress measurable through clear milestones such as system integrations, prescription volumes, pharmacy coverage, and consumer cost savings.
