I own a bakery in Antioch California i sell dairy free gluten free and sugar free products i started at the farmers markets over 6 years ago and now been running a store front for the last few years. Making the jump from markets to store front have been difficult even tho everyone loves the products it has become very expensive and also requires better equipment than i came in with
