CeeJay Enterprises DBA Big League Sports Bar and Grill

Raising $125k to upgrade from a 2 way liquor license, to a 3-way liquor license.

We are a start up Sports Bar and Grill. Our name Big League Sports Bar and Grill has thrived from the start and did very well during the Covid crisis. Our business wishses to expand what we offer.

Big League Sports Bar and Grill was an idea that began in early 2019. We are owned by two gentleman only. A full service restaurant and bar with a capacity of 165. The doors opened at Big League January 17th, 2020 to full service. COVID-19 restrictions begin March 17th in Indiana. Opening in January to close in March, at full service, our revenue was $199k. Of course, we have had ongoing startup costs(construction, fine tuning the dining area, etc).  Shutting down March 17th to carryout only, our success continued with simple carry out with about $41k in revenue from March to the end of April. I can provide the daily sales and monthly P & I's upon request.

Big League is having great success, but we are lacking one thing that can put us over the top. That being a 3-way liquor license. Our food to alcohol ratio is pretty even, but the alcohol revenue could increase by as much as $1000 per day, with name brand alcohols(whiskey's, rums, vodkas etc). Our numbers are impressive already! But yes, they actually can be better!

Our location is in the heart of 21 motels in Lafayette Indiana, just off the exit ramp of Interstate 65(Chicago to Indianapolis). Big League has a large local following, based upon our excellent food, service, staff, and management. Where Big League loses at is late night. It is hard to tell that currently, with no sports leagues going. But, our team notices that after dinner, people want to get a nightcap drink, groups want the celebratory shots, or other drinks, that we just can't offer. So, they go to another bar. Big League could easily keep those crowds, with the 3 way liquor license. The sports bars locally are mediocre, but they make money, thus they do not change. Big League brought new concepts, food, and a great sports atmosphere, to draw the customers in. We need that little boost, to be complete. The dream is by football season. Lafayette Indiana is a Big Ten University town. The hotels we are surrounded by are sold out for the next 3 years, for Purdue Football. They are also sold out for other events at the University. Those being graduation, mom's weekend, basketball, etc etc.

Accolades we have received already in our short time opening: Best of the Wabash(north central Indiana)  "Best Bar", "Best Sit Down Dining", and "Best Pizza"!

In asking for $125k, that is the cost of the Indiana 3 way liquor license. It cannot be financed. It has to be a cash sale. We have great revenue numbers, but as a startup, as I stated, we have ongoing projects to fine tune. We would like to get the license sooner vs later. There are several licenses available in the area currently.

Big League Sports Bar and Grill is already a major player in a short time with the local restaurant/bar scene. Our revenue, sales, and awards will easily be enhanced further, with the addition of the 3-way license.

Please contact us for further information to help in bringing this potential... to a reality!

Thank You
