Over the last 4 years we restored 28 units, selling 4 and adding the rest to the rental portfolio. Over this time we have restored every aspect of a house, roofing, foundation, main sewer line to the street, upgraded electric, upgraded plumbing, so on and so forth. That time has been spent building the system and now we are in a position to do the volume of 4 years in the next 1.
