My businees designs multi-story steel structures optimized for rapid construction of Modular Container Dwelling Units as Affordable Housing for varoius segments of our population. Once the steel structure is erected from a kit, 60-80 Dwellings can be set in place inside 2 weeks.
The special building design and associated Support Equipment will allow the containers to be "injected into the structure" at a rapid rate. We are reaching out to local communities that are pressed to remain in compliance with State-mandated requirements to show how they will meet the demands for increasing the supply of Affordable Housing for all segments of the population--Transition Housing, Work Force Housing, the Chronically Homeless, the supervised Recovery Centers, etc. What we offer can be easily adapted for each use, population density, building height restrictions, and AMI income requirements.
In addition to the local communities, we're targeting strategies to make our name known to County and State Housing Departments.
