In light of the trending potential for high Return on Investment, we propose to seed fund a new motion picture venture to support independent film makers.  We will do this by initially funding the production of a modestly budgeted, elevated horror film that has a direct appeal to the 18-39 demographic of likely movie goers.  Revenue may be generated by numerous markets including domestic and foreign theatrical release, pay-per-view and free streaming by companies like Netflix and Amazon Prime, and by domestic and international television and streaming distribution.  After expenses and relevant equity distributions, net revenue will be turned back into the venture to seed fund other, similar low budget high ROI film projects including but not limited to sequels of the original film.

All films will include a number of vetted, reputable, professional, Hollywood-caliber creative and technical personnel.  Our initial film titled, "The Seraphim" has been professionally evaluated at the script level by a reputable Los Angeles-based producer for its revenue potential.  And to verify audience appeal, the first half of the film has been tested with a series of podcasts consisting of visually enhanced "table readings" by professional actors and influencers.

Our production team will be a joint venture with Wonder Peak Media, Daniel Herther producer, and Houston Creative Media Group, Rob Dickehuth writer, director.   Furthermore, our distribution partner, Bruder Realeasing, Inc. (4bri.net and AMPDtv.com) is ready to discuss the potential domestic and international ROI on this project in the Video, Internet, Streaming, Pay Per View, Pay Cable, Basic Cable, Free TV, Lodging, and ancillary markets.
