Need 2MM to purchase and invest in an already established winery/brewery. 42 acres along with all new equipment 5 buildings and established grape vines. This business has been running strong for 25 years. All equipment is new and has plenty of additional equipment to run the property, care for the vines and to maintenance the property. Additionally, the brewery has a permit to erect an additional 4000 sq ft building whether it is attached or stand alone for extra seating which is much needed. Also, they and a license to open a distillery which in the drawing board to start soon as we choose.
