 I own a real estate & financial services company: Elite Real Estate & Finance LLC. We are a licensed real estate brokerage, insurance agency, and mortgage brokerage. We are contracted with Citizens Property Insurance, Slide Insurance, RLI Surety, Rocket Mortgage, Defy Mortgage, Lendz Financial, & Loan Stream. We sell houses for Tricon Residential, which is a subsidiary of Blackstone Group. We offer broker price opinions, residential real estate sales, property management, insurance sales, surety bond sales, and mortgage loan origination.

I launched an app called "Elite Rentals," which is similar to AirBnb, but it doubles as a property management lead source for property managers & real estate brokers. On this app, tenants can look for long-term rentals, homeowners can find property managers to manager their property, and property managers can get leads for properties to manage. Property managers pay me $50 per lead or $499 per year for unlimited leads.
