The company is developing Bracketcontest.com as a contest site and revenue producing website. We also have a patent pending for a unique game that already has received interest from prominent legal and licensed sportsbooks. Both products have B2B and B2C possibilities. BracketContest is a unique URL and combined with good SEO techniques, we will offer free and paid contests with 10% of the paid contests entry fees going to the company as management fees. The patented product is called Game Day Lotto and replaces Ping Pong balls with sports teams. The idea is to develop a free "proof of concept" site and then either offer it as a contest site in the US or license the game to existed sportsbook operators such as Hard Rock, Caliente, or Draft kings. The current team consists of a single developer and a website designer in addition to myself. 

My name is Michael Reeder and I have managed sports related sites or projects since 1983. I have developed multiple softwares and websites. I sold my last company for 20m but the buyer bankrupted the company so I am now looking to build out some of my other ideas.
