Ginger's Bistro is a 100% Disabled Veteran owned full-service restaurant. Ginger's Bistro is positioning itself as a premier dining destination in the Cibolo Canyons community in Northeast San Antonio, offering refined comfort cuisine and artisanal cocktails in an area with limited locally-owned dining options. Our weekend brunch menu, curated by our executive chef, will be complemented by expertly crafted mimosas and other brunch cocktails. Situated within the TPC Town Center plaza, our 3,600-square-foot full-service restaurant will provide residents, neighbors, and guests of the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort and Spa and TPC San Antonio Golf Club with an inviting establishment to gather and savor high-quality cuisine. Our strategic location offers panoramic views of the Hill Country while providing convenient access from US Highway 281 and TPC Parkway. 

We have started the build process and are roughly 60% complete before getting our certificate of occupancy.
