The global surge in data consumption has pushed traditional land-based data centers to a critical breaking point, characterized by unsustainable cooling costs and geographic latency. Conventional facilities often dedicate nearly half of their energy consumption solely to heat management, while their remote inland locations create significant delays for real-time applications in coastal population centers. General Electric Power Co addresses these fundamental limitations by moving high-performance computing from resource-heavy land builds to the efficient depths of the water. 

Our startup designs and deploys state-of-the-art, modular underwater data centers that utilize the surrounding water for natural heat exchange. By facilitating passive heat transfer through specialized outer shells, we eliminate the need for energy-intensive HVAC systems and massive water consumption. Each module is hermetically sealed in an oxygen-free, nitrogen-filled environment, utilizing low-power integrated circuits to maximize hardware longevity and eliminate the risks of atmospheric corrosion and dust accumulation that typically degrade terrestrial servers.
