Business Aviation has been stuck in the same place since 1962 and every new version that comes along is a rebuild of the last idea that has not worked...While that has been the standard, during that time I created two companies one in 1969 for the Federal Reserve Bank at their request, and another in 1988/89, and both are still going today internationally. Why others have failed or are failing, and the two companies I create are based on my concept of "ONCE" (Own Nothing - Control Everything). The two companies I am speaking of are in 1969 Midwest Air Charter which went on to become Airborne Express and today is known as DHL. The second company is Jet Support Services inc., aka JSSI which I created and co-founded in 1988/89 and is still operational and known globally.
In between the time I left Midwest in 1976 and starting JSSI in 1988/89 I was Chief Pilot for Mercedes Benz North America. Using my combined experiences I have formulated the ultimate revenue plan in all business aviation by simply creating a feedback-loop of maintenance to the solution to the one problem in all of business aviation, Utilization, which I have solved.
My solution to revenue aviation also will eliminate fractional, Piggyback chartering, chartering, cards, empty leg flights, shares, and empty seats legs while eliminating 95% of all dead head and nonrevenue requirements. Simultaneously it will be opening a market that no one even knows about or cares about at this time. All the infrastructure is already in place, all the equipment is already in place, and all the customers are in place...and even with a 0.04% of 1% of that market, there are not enough aircraft available to service that market. Meantime there are all the reasons in the world why that untapped market would not swap us once this market is made available.
