My dream was to own my own company; but now that I have it, I want to grow it.
My partners and I have been doing East Lion Enterprises Third Party Logistics or ELE 3PL for over three years now, and we are beginning to see growth in our business. We focus on our clients needs by providing a type of "concierge" service, where we help them fulfill special requests, that many 3PL companies, including Amazon or Shopify Fulfillment won't do. We can assemble custom jewelry pieces, make changes to packaging or even assemble parts that our customers are requesting -all for a service fee of course. But unfortunately, we can only do so much with the infrastructure we currently have, and we have potentially other customers that need our services. Sadly, we cannot take on new customers because of our limited capacity, which is why we are looking for investors to help us expand.
Our business model is simple, provide the best possible service and process our client's orders or request as quickly as possible. We receive orders from our customers and we process them within a day. Special requests will take longer, depending upon what is asked of us, but we will help them find solutions to their problems (i.e. change lugs on a watch band to fit a different sized watch) when they are lost for answers. We also provide shipping solutions, like help with freight forwarding with our customer's bulk/wholesale items and work with freight forwarding companies that we have close relationships with.
We want to utilize management technologies like cloud based data lakes to house the vast amounts of data we will collect; and use machine learning to help develop sales trends and predict inventory cycles for our customers to improve our client's overall business. But before we can develop these technologies, we will use off the shelf tech to help us get started. We can subscribe to an online inventory services that uses cloud based technology to help us manage inventory. We also want to use third party plug-ins developed for e-commerce services like Shopify or Wix to help manage orders sent to use by our clients to fulfill. But eventually, we want to develop our own proprietary technology to collect, organize, manage all of the inventory and orders that comes into our facility.

Jasper Chou -Managing Partner of East Lion Enterprises, has a background in biotechnology. Jasper was a senior developmental scientist at a biotech firm for over 15 years. Jasper then worked as a marketing director at a large Internet firm, analyzing data to help grow its presence on the Internet. Jasper is certified by the University of California Irvine for Data Visualization and Analysis. Jasper graduated from Cal Poly Pomona and has an MBA from Pepperdine University.
Frank Lee -Managing Partner of East Lion Enterprises, has over 20 years experience in the luxury items industry, but focuses on jewelry manufacturing. Frank has helped manage many companies in developing new jewelry lines and has years of business development knowledge, especially on how to deal with factories in China. Frank graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Paul Liu -Managing Partner of East Lion Enterprises, is an engineer by training and was a consultant for a CAD software company for many years. Paul brings an extensive background in systems development and operations to help find workable solutions for his clients. Paul has an acute spatial awareness that helps ELE to manage our spatial needs in the warehouse. Paul graduated from the University of California, Irvine.
