Westwin’s nickel-cobalt refinery will strengthen US national security. Currently, the United States does not have a single nickel refinery or cobalt refinery. Given soaring market risks from electric vehicle demand and rising geopolitical tensions from US-China competition, the White House noted the national security need for domestic refineries of nickel and cobalt is an extreme priority. Our team is comprised of proven engineers with over 200 years of experience in cobalt and nickel refining. . We are using a proven existing technology to guarantee purity levels and specifications needed for our buyers. At full-scale capacity, we will produce a total of 84,000 tons combined of high-purity Nickel and Cobalt.
