Building on a decade of successful self-funded, wholly owned, profitable, 7-figure restaurant, bakery, and snack food undertakings, along with more than 25 years of award-winning credentials as an in-demand chef and caterer, I am now ready to engage an outside financial business resource to scale up my multi-faceted enterprise; one that is based on the brand promise I, Sari Suzanne Seedorf, uniquely personify. 

What is my ask?? Specifically, with this initial request, I would like to engage the appropriate financial business partner for $500,000 in working capital to nationally launch The Yellow Carrot Snack Company, (TYCSC), offering organic beet and sweet potato snack chips products that have already proven their market viability with local customers and select distributors.

To date, The Yellow Carrot Snack Company has been a complementary part of The Yellow Carrot Restaurant, a must-visit dining experience for our many loyal, returning tourists and local patrons alike, here in Durango, CO.  As such, TYCSC has benefitted from co-located resources and dependable local supply chain partners, but it’s clear that with the right national go to market plan and financial investment resources, TYCSC could be a 7-figure profitable business itself within a short period of time.  

What else??  Glad you asked! I’ve had more than a few out-of-town restaurant customers who would love to see me open a Yellow Carrot Restaurant in their own towns; from Boulder, Denver, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, New York, etc. etc.  They know my unique food creations are one of a kind and simply the most delicious they have ever tasted. I have a network of potential key individuals who would like to play needed on-site management roles in operationalizing this, but I know there would be several logistical and licensing steps entailed that I would want to work out with the right financial partner to drive this next stage of my enterprise vision to reality.  

I am also committed to putting some of my many unique recipes in a series of cookbooks and am looking to match up with an agent for publication.  And since the occurrence of COVID, I launched an initial set of YouTube videos, virtually sharing my message of food, fun, and philosophy with all the life-enriching goodness to be found.  But I believe there are numerous more opportunities in social media, with podcasts and videos to grow my personality-based brand, sharing my expertise and perspectives to enrich the lives of many more.  I believe the right financial partner could help me in these undertakings as well.
