Rose Software Inc. Rose builds niche social apps with innovative features to create better communities and more meaningful connections. I've been bootstrapping Rose since early 2021, and last month our apps generated $35K in revenue and are operating profitably.

About the founder (myself):
- Multiple time founder & lifelong entrepreneur
- Previously founded a social networking software that was acquired in 2019
- Senior level software-engineer with a finance & accounting background
- Responsible for all the design, development, and marketing work for Rose so far
- Strong communication, team management, and leadership skills
Rose's biggest challenge is our lack of working capital to scale our marketing campaigns due to cashflow constraints imposed by Apple's 45 day payout period. Additionally, I've been working on Rose solo for the past two years, and believe we could greatly accelerate growth by building out a core team of engineers, designers & growth experts. We are not profitable enough yet to afford these salaries, and lack the investment capital to operate at a loss.
I'm looking for a respected investor(s) to lead a pre-seed funding round of $1.5M to provide Rose with an 18 months runway to build out the core team, continue to improve our product, and to provide the working capital to scale revenue to $3M ARR and 1 million+ users by Q4 2023. I'm aiming to finalize the funding round by the end of August.
