My name is Jeff Sims,owner of Pipeline Dream LLC, we are a rapidly growing plumbing business that's looking to expand and keep up with the growth. I have been doing this for 15 years plus and have achived my masters last year. We have a revenue stream of about 1,694,255.57 over the last 8 months.We are currently marketing on free social media sites and the wraps on our vehichles. We have added three more builders and several more clients since our start of Jan 2019. We are expected to surpass 2.5 million in revenue this year and be closer to 4 million next year. We have invested money into a tracking system to help us be more efficient as a company, we take photos of our stages and track progress of the plumbing installation. We are needing funds to pay off and update vehicles to help us with efficiency and getting away from high interest. We are also trying to pay off all material invoices and open a warehouse to buy in bulk to save on all materials going into future houses. We do plumbing in several townhomes and production houses and we are spending 126.14 for a basic delta faucet with suppliers. We are charging $156.14 for the same faucet, if I can buy in bulk for $94.56, that's $61.58 in profit per each faucet we install. Instead of $30.00 a faucet profit before. With your help we can easily hit 5 to 6 million next year an increase our margins per each stage and job. Pipeline Dreams is constantly turning away work and we want to grow our accounts so we can expand the service area as well. If we can accept these opportunies we can definitley be a 15 million dollar company in 3 to 5 years. We were trying to buy materials in bulk and open to the public to sell as well as use for our new construction and services houses. In order to complete several of our stages we subcontract out excavation equipment, which we use every day. I was wanting to purchase a vehicle to pull equipment and pay someone to do our excavation work for us to help save money on subs as well. We pay an excavation company about $12,000 a month depending on work and stages. We want to pocket that extra money and use it to bring in more employees and growth. We have five employees with a weekly payroll of $6205.00 each week. We have a great and experinced team that we are training daily, some of our members have been doing plumbing for over 20 years. I carry all the licenses and insurance needed to run this business. We would be the only compnay to buy straight from suppliers and not from supply companies, so we can compete with other companies on the pricing side as well as maintaining profitablilty. Our competitor cant respond as fast as we do and we are not the cheapest in town but we provide great service and quailty. We have several connection, with us being in the industry so long, that want us to expand to apartments, but need to hire a licensed professional to oversee those projects as well as increase the insurance cost/coverages. We have not taken on these projects just due to capital backing, we don't have enough funds to take on big projects. We are owed over $200,000 in billables as now and it's growing each month.
