N2GO’s current project is a Net/Zero Mixed-Use Resort Community that will showcase the latest technologies for wind, solar, battery storage, micro-grids, film production and more. Our project will span over 5,000 Acres making us one of the largest carbon neutral communities in the United States. The plan includes businesses such as entertainment venues, retailers, restaurants, home communities, plus one of the largest amusement parks and film production facilities in the world and much more. This business is structured to allow oncoming businesses to thrive by having lower overhead and higher profit margins. This community will bring over 40,000 jobs and numerous new business opportunities to Colorado to help stimulate the local economy. The appeal of Colorado draws visitors from surrounding states such as Arizona, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wyoming. N2GO will be building one of the largest Amusement Parks, which will include a theme park, water park and outdoor adventure park spanning over 1,000 acres with a 300-acre shopping and entertainment destination like City Walk at Universal Studios in Los Angeles. With our project becoming an entertainment destination we will draw visitors from around the US and the world to increase overall tourism. Trends in the U.S. favor a neighborhood with a mix of houses, lofts, retail, restaurants and other businesses that are within walking distance, rather than neighborhoods requiring driving between home, work and recreation. Generation Y, X, and Baby Boomers will continue to shift toward walkable mixed-use communities that meets all their needs in one location. This is quickly becoming the new normal. These preferences have already prompted changes to the retail, restaurant and entertainment industries revitalizing new growth in each area. Communities that have implemented mixed-use developments found that the communities with larger, wealthier, younger, more educated and growing populations offer the greatest capacity for success. We believe that the market will gravitate toward these trends, and as the popularity of N2GO’s Net/Zero Community increases, so will the value of our development. N2GO will also offer education through our charter school for students’ grades 6-12 to teach film and video production, renewable energy as well as hospitality and will receive university accredited programs and classes. This will give students the opportunity to learn new skills setting them on a path to success. We also believe in giving back to our community. We will implement a non-profit to help feed the hungry in Colorado. Our senior management team will also be implementing their own philanthropic projects where 80% of the proceeds will go directly to the cause. N2GO is a community that gives back in so many ways, whether it be philanthropically or helping to sustain the Earth. 0ur Film Production facility technologies and workflows will save 30%-40% off production costs and time. We have partnered with leading organizations that offer cutting edge technology changing production processes, as we know it. This will allow us to edit in real time without countless hours of render time. This also includes live computer-generated imagery (CGI) and animation. Our facility will encapsulate all facets of production under one roof. All pre- and post-production will be completed on our premises or with our mobile technologies, eliminating the inefficient and costly back and forth process that takes place in film and television production today. We will also be actively engaged in bringing all aspects of film and television productions back to the United States instead of overseas. We will achieve this mission by implementing our own company incentives allowing us to compete directly with the current tax incentive offerings from around the world. Our company incentives will be without limitations and rules that the current tax incentives have, making our venue extremely attractive to film and television makers from around the globe. The health and wellbeing of our guests and employees is at the forefront of our company. Before the Covid-19 pandemic hit, we planned to put in safety parameters for people with invisible disabilities so they could live, work, and play safely in our community. We also planned to install sound and privacy glass to separate seating and tables in restaurants and entertainment venues that now double as dividers for virus protection. It’s social distancing at its best. We’re always looking at ways to modernize and protect those around us, making it an extremely safe community. Not only do we now think about infectious disease control, also, by implementing the Net/Zero way of life we will establish a moral imperative to protect our planet by becoming carbon neutral. This institutes forward thinking regarding human development and living in restorative harmony with the Earth.
