Welcome, my name is Ebony Beauty Robert. I’m a wife, mother of five handsome sons, an elementary school teacher, and the CEO of Ebony’s Beauty Hair and Skin Care. We are a Black-Owned business founded in Lafayette, La that provides handmade Products such as haircare, skincare, cosmetics, and more.
From a young age, I have always been passionate about the beauty industry. Becoming a self-taught beauty guru at the age of 10. Therefore, this is why I’m so passionate about what I do now. I enjoy creating products that help others.
My mother has always been my biggest cheerleader. I recently loss my mother in April 2020 during the heart of COVID-19, she loved seeing me work, learn and expand my business. She loved all of my products, but one of them was her favorite. The "Pink Pearl Shower Gel" It was named after her "Pearl". Not a day goes by I don't think of her.
Here at Ebony’s Beauty Hair and Skin Care, we are not just a small business.
We also focus on providing a wide variety of tools that include education, inspiration, and giving back to the community. We provide families with food, clothes, and other essential services. We also have a learning academy that allows kids to come in and learn how to start a business and create products.
We are raising $100,000 to bring our vision to life. We’d like to create more jobs in our community and be able to provide our youth with a program that will keep them motivated as they learn how to start their dream of becoming an entrepreneur. We’d also like to bridge that gap by providing business mentorship as well as financial assistance. Lastly, we’d like to upgrade our packaging as we prepare for retail readiness.
