My name is Ayrton Houk and I am an 19-year-old open-wheel race car driver and entrepreneur from central Indiana climbing the
Road To Indy development ladder. I have a winning record, proven that I am capable of winning championships. I am seeking funding to take the next steps to my goal of becoming an IndyCar driver.
In 2021 I won the
USSA Mel Kenyon Midget Series Championship as well as the Lucas Oil Scholarship Shootout.
In 2022 I competed in the
Formula Race Promotions F1600 Series and the
Lucas Oil School of Racing Series. I finished 2nd and 3rd, respectively, in both of those series championships with 11 podium finishes, including 5 wins and a track record. I was also chosen as one of 6 finalists for the
Team USA Scholarship.
In October of this year, I was invited to test a USF2000 car with Pabst Racing at the USF Pro Championship Fall Combine at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Overall, I was in the top ten throughout the weekend and I was the fastest rookie.
Next year I plan to race in the
USF Pro Championships series piloting a USF2000 car. This is the first official series in the development ladder to Indy Car. The average budget for a season in USF2000 is about $450,000. The USF2000 schedule follows the IndyCar schedule, and the races take place at the same tracks on the same weekends as the IndyCar races. This gives sponsors and investors the unique opportunity to take advantage of all the IndyCar hospitality and excitement when entertaining guests or enjoying corporate team building excursions! Currently, I am seeking private investors as well as corporate sponsors who are interested in partnering with me as I move up the Road To Indy ladder, with the ultimate goal of having my partners alongside me in the winner’s circle at the Indianapolis 500!
I have followed the lead of many successful current Indy Car drivers like Scott Dixon, Josef Newgarden, Conor Daly and many others, by creating AMH Racing, LLC. Interested investors can purchase Class B, Non-voting shares of the company to become part-owners of the team.
My goal is to raise $500,000 by December 31, 2022 in order to sign with a team and commit to run the full 2023 season in the USF2000 series.
