Let me first start I have 38 years of extensive experience in the restaurant industry, I have established a proven track record of successfully growing several franchises by 20 to 30%. My career is marked by a deep understanding of restaurant operations, strategic planning, and market expansion. Leveraging my expertise, I have consistently driven revenue growth, improved operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer satisfaction. 


My passion for the industry and dedication to excellence have been instrumental in building and sustaining profitable franchises, positioning them for long-term success in a competitive market.  My last adventure was having the privilege of hands-on growth of Chicken Salad Chick in my local community and working with exceptional owners who supported my growth! 
So... I quit my job, and my stability and went ALL IN! -   I needed to be sure there would be a proof of concept, well there turns out to be a HUGE opportunity for this healthier lifestyle that people just simply can't bring out to the masses! 




To launch this project, we require a total investment of $50,000 
This funding will be allocated as follows:

 • Mason Jars: $5,000 for the pre-purchase and storage of high-quality, sustainable reusable mason jars.
 • Fresh Ingredients: $5,000 for sourcing organic, locally grown produce, securing purchasing power.
 • Packaging Materials: $5,000 for eco-friendly labels, lids, and packaging.
 • Marketing: $5,000 for promotional materials, social media campaigns, and local advertising.
 • Operational Costs: $30,000 for continued events, catering sales and labor, and distribution logistics - Trailer purchase 

We already have the brand website created, events booked - licensing for both events and Catering.
