TutorChat AI delivers course-aware, Socratic AI tutoring natively inside university LMS platforms (D2L live; Canvas in development) — built for higher education compliance from day one. Unlike consumer AI tools retrofitted for the classroom, TutorChat AI is anchored to faculty syllabi and rubrics, eliminates hallucinations, and gives administrators real-time dashboards on student engagement and risk signals. Our beachhead is Texas nursing programs, where NCLEX pass rate thresholds create existential accreditation pressure and compress buying decisions. We have signed pilots with Clarendon College and San Jacinto College (~560 committed students), with 5 additional schools in active demo pipeline including PVAMU and Arizona College. Business model: $99/student/semester at ~85% gross margin. Committed pipeline converts to ~$110K ARR on full enrollment. We are raising a pre-seed angel round on a SAFE to fund Canvas LTI completion, faculty governance tooling, SDR hires, and compliance infrastructure — targeting $500K ARR by end of Fall 2026 and a Series A on the back of NCLEX outcome data from active pilots.
