Hot Tomatoes has almost completed building an agentic AI-native operating system for real estate professionals. Instead of offering another CRM or chatbot, our platform deploys five autonomous AI agents that prospect for leads, nurture relationships, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, manage email, coordinate transactions, and execute marketing campaigns—orchestrating together 24/7 with minimal human intervention. Our vision is to give every real estate agent a team of AI employees at a fraction of the cost of hiring staff. By automating the repetitive administrative and sales tasks that consume an agent’s day, Hot Tomatoes enables real estate agents to close more transactions, increase revenue, and scale their business without adding headcount. We believe this represents the next evolution of vertical AI software: autonomous AI workforces built specifically for high-value industries. We are 70% complete with the development and we are looking for funds to complete the remainder and supply marketing money to allow a 12 month runway to get the first 200 paying customers @ $500/month subscription. Our market initially will be Utah, then we'll expand. There is currently 20,000 + agents in our market we are confident we can capture 1% market share our first 9-12 months of operation. We aren't selling five fragmented tools, but rather one dashboard with one login that plugs into the realtor existing CRM, email MLS and social media accounts. The onboarding will be simple and the level of AI knowledge the realtor needs is minimal. The platform does the work, and the realtor immediately can see the benefits.
