Unchained Psychiatry & Wellness is an interventional psychiatry clinic based in Gilbert, Arizona, serving the greater Phoenix metro area. We treat patients with treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and related conditions — people who have tried medication and therapy and aren't getting better.

Very few outpatient psychiatric practices in the country offer all four modalities with commercial insurance coverage. That is our competitive advantage and our moat.
We opened in May 2023 and generated $355,000 in revenue in our first full year of operation. In 2026 we have grown provider utilization from 33% to 63% in seven months, expanded our Spravato capacity from two to five chairs, and added cash-pay wellness services including Red light therapy, Infrared sauna, cold plunging, and hydrogen therapy and infrared sauna. Year-to-date revenue through June 2026 is $234,333 cash basis, with billed revenue tracking meaningfully ahead of collections due to standard 30 to 90 day insurance payment cycles.
The business is founder-led by Mason Lundell, an entrepreneur with an engineering and systems background who built Unchained specifically to address the gap between what psychiatric patients need and what traditional outpatient practices offer. The clinical team includes a supervising psychiatrist, a board-certified nurse practitioner serving as clinic director, and a family nurse practitioner — all credentialed across our full suite of services.
Gilbert is the proof of concept. The model is asset-light, operationally documented, and designed to replicate. Our five-year plan targets five to six locations across the Arizona market, generating approximately $12.8 million in annual revenue at maturity.
