The Dogwood Parlor

We are purchasing the 1st and 8th floor of a historic hotel that recently underwent a 18 million dollar renovation. We are purchasing to finish what they did not. Nearly 18,000 sq ft of space for a luxury high end steak house, with three separate dining spaces, two separate bars, a full kitchen, luxury bathrooms all surrounding the featured parlor of The Dogwood Parlor. The parlor is the old entryway and lobby for the hotel. It will have a grand piano, comfy seating and artwork for guests to relax, eat or drink while socializing or waiting for a table.
