The Platformer is an AI engineering team that runs inside a company’s own environment. specialised agentic AI work together l plan, build, test, review and fix software in stages. Every deliverable comes with the evidence regulated teams need: decisions, test results, security findings and control mappings.
Most AI coding tools are a single cloud assistant that writes code. Banks, insurers, defense suppliers and healthcare technology companies need more than that. They need several engineering roles, control over where their source code goes, and proof that the work meets their standards. The Platformer runs on the customer’s own hardware or private cloud and is designed so source code never has to leave their environment. A built-in network monitor and firewall show, and can block, every outbound connection.
Product. The Platformer is a working product (v0.9.0) for Linux, Windows and macOS, with a server and container edition for teams.
Currently includes:
- 85 compliance profiles built from 35 official sources, including NIST, FedRAMP, CMMC, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, GDPR, DORA, the EU AI Act and US state privacy laws
- Repository assessments with separate views for developers, DevSecOps, IT and security
- An autopilot that applies fixes on a review branch
- A Model Lab where customers can fine-tune their own specialised models
Customers. We start with engineering teams in regulated industries: financial services and insurance first, then defense and government suppliers, and healthcare technology.
Business model. Annual per-seat licences (Team and Enterprise tiers, with Enterprise adding SSO, an offline knowledge mirror and SLA support). We also sell paid proofs of concept on the customer’s own code, consulting and compliance-readiness programmes, and per-repository assessments through MSP and systems-integrator partners.
