Torchlight Energy Inc. currently owns mining operations in KY and is engaged in the purchase, development, operation, and sales of coal in the energy industry market. The Company plans to invest in the near future for other mining projects like metallurgical coal producing assets located in the State of Kentucky and Virginia. The Company has identified several target areas that are available for coal development in proven metallurgical coal producing regions.
Management believes these proven coal reserves have the potential to provide an opportunity for long-term coal production and profits.
Torchlight Energy Inc. is seeking $3,300,000 dollars to support the working capital, development of our coal mining project and to purchase equipment for this mining opportunity. We are confident we can capture the market over the next 12 months to recover the initial investors investment.
We have Off Take Agreement ready to sign as soon as funding is available.
