"The swiss traveller" is a half hour scripted/unscripted format travel show parody,
(the first one of it's kind)
that presents the United States the way you've never seen it before
through 2 seasons, each containing 6 episodes.

The swiss traveller is the first-ever travel show parody series, hosted by the delightfully questionable Swiss-Italian (fictional) character: Luca Wunderbaum.
The key comedic feature of the show -besides the impossible personality of the host- is that
the episodes are shot at completely different locations than what they meant to promote.
A typical swiss traveller episode would showcase Luca at a scenic location as a starter (eg. standing at the rim of Grand Canyon
while the title sequence of 'The Niagara False' comes up) than venturing into prank interviews with park rangers and tourists,
attempting to cross the 'Niagara' on a beach trike, cook something from found plastic bottles, rocks and snail shells
with a celebrity look alike playing a famous chef, than resulting the episode how much he learnt about the history
and why the viewers MUST visit this place in their next holiday.
This show is akin to hysterical reality TV parodies like "Reno 911!," "Nathan for You," and "Cunk on Earth."
Definitely the closest funny character to compare to is Borat.
The European mini season, self-produced by the main creator, was featured in several Los Angeles film festivals in 2023
and is already available on different streaming channels, like: Tubi, Amazon Prime, Cineverse.
The producer attached to the project has 20 years of experience, including big name shows like Hell's Kitchen, The Curse of Oak island
with personal connections to execs at different networks.
The team currently consists of these two members: the main creator who plays the host and the producer who brings decades of experience in reality TV.
They've met at the Poor Life Choices Comedy Film Festival in 2023. Their immediate connection
resulted in a 4 min sizzle reel a few months later, beside a detailed Pitch Deck.
They also outlined the entire 12 episodes for the 2 USA seasons and
the first season scripts was completed.
Right now the project is to raise money to produce the 1st USA season with 6 episodes.
