King Operating Corporation, founded in 1996 by Jay Young, endeavors to present investment opportunities in oil and gas mineral acreage projects for development and eventual divestiture. King’s technical and financial team evaluates each possible transaction with an ultimate development plan and divestiture exit strategies.
The structure of our sponsored programs are to combine program ownership of the oil and gas mineral acreage coupled with the drilling of sufficient number of proposed wells to hold the mineral acreage by production (HBP) while generating significant number of the drilling locations (PUDs) to optimize the value of the oilfield. Since adopting the above business philosophy in 2015, our most recent program, within fifteen months, returned 131% to the initial partners with a partial divestiture. Also, within the span of twenty four months and approximately $31 million of equity / $50 million debt, developed an oilfield accreting to approximately over $300 million in value.
Our current fund, King Operating Partners I, LP, has six different assets in different parts of the country to develop and divest assets collectively or as individual asset opportunities.
The $25 million equity raise is almost funded with investors desiring tax write-offs prior to end of year, which is rapidly approaching. Monthly revenue checks are currently being issued as program development plans are implemented, increasing the value of each of the six oilfields.
Our goal is to finish the capital raise in 2021 and drill two wells in Texas to increase the monthly revenue checks to investors. By the end of 2022, we are looking to develop one of the six assets and divest one for a 125% plus return to investors and continue operating and drilling the other five assets for cash flow and divest in the future. We are seeking a 40% IRR for our investors.
As of 11/23/21, we have a limited units available at $200,000.
Call or email today to inquire for more information and availability. Please read the prospectus carefully before making the decision to invest. Oil and gas investing is risky.
