Izmir Health Tourism

Hello my name is Kadir Buruntas - Entrepreneur.  I want to open a Medical Tourism Company in Izmir and connect us to the US and World clients seeking our services. As an entrepreneur, I am here to bring opportunity to us and our clients. Health tourism is a growing industry. Türkiye is on the forefront of health tourism, sometimes called medical tourism.  Türkiye offers the same or better in health/medical tourism options as other countries such as Brazil, US and more but at a much more affordable, fun, delicious and educational option. 

Health Tourism has started to become one of the provinces preferred by groups and  individuals in today's Türkiye, and especially in Izmir. Taking part in health tourism includes but is not limited to procedures such as: 

1. Rhinoplasty

2. Dental treatment (Türkiye being a world leader in this technology.)

3. Prosthetic hair and hair transplantation (Türkiye being a world leader in this technology.)

4. Breast aesthetics

5. Body remodeling

6. And many more treatment opportunities similar to these.

To ensure legitimacy and safety for our clients and ourselves, the country of Türkiye requires legal registration and licensure to be allowed to book trips and obtain government pricing for certain aspects of the services clients will be booked for including: 

3.   İncome tax certificates

Without these required certificates, there can be no legal business. Türkiye will not allow unlicensed businesses and will shut it down, even pressing criminal charges if it is not a legitimately registered and monitored business. The majority of start up fees are to obtain these required certificates. 

With the increase in the exchange rate in today's Turkey, it has been seen that our foreign guests prefer health tourism more. Because the dollar is at a high level right now, our holiday prices for an average family vacationing between 7 days and 10 days in Türkiye, but especially in Izmir. Now change it or add an aesthetic procedure and still an all inclusive procedure for one person does not exceed $5,000 to $6,000 per client for the chosen basic procedure. More complicated procedures will require slightly higher fees for services to be arranged and provided.  

A basic example for a common procedure might look something like the following. In the US if a woman wanted a good breast augmentation by a credible surgeon it can run $10,000 - $15,000 and all expenses are on the client including lose of work and medications etc. Now the same client comes to Izmir, Türkiye. They start with round trip airfare and a five star hotel. On arrival they have their pre-surgical visit and any labs they might need etc. Then they have a few days to shop and walk and even take prearranged tours as part of the package - to see the real and authentically historic Türkiye, with English speaking guides and meals included in many. Plus so much wonderful shopping!  Then the day comes they will have their procedure. Health insurance in included in case of need and even life insurance can and will be provided for the client. The client goes back to their hotel after recovered from the procedure and a nurse will check on them. Medications are included and meals can be provided when the client is recovering in their hotel. After the required time and follow up with the physician, all instruction and medications are provided and the client goes home from a lovely vacation and a person change - all for maybe $5000-$6000 for everything!   With Health tourism these clients can have a wonderful vacation, aesthetics procedures, entertainment and accommodation by giving a maximum of $6,000. (Example for a single area procedure.)

Because we will offer our guests the opportunity to stay with holiday accommodations, entertainment, a safe aesthetic procedure with very competent and certified physicians, a health retreat and being intertwined with history - our company will offer them an experience and opportunity like no other with confidence. We can be reached 24/7 by phone and internet. Our offices will start in Türkiye and in time we will open an office in the US to make contact easier and quicker.  At the same time, they can examine all our opportunities, our physicians and with consent from  our guests, their before and after images on our website.

In the requirements to open this industry business, the initial investment/sponsorship will be used for the following: 

3.  Health tourism authorization certificate fee

4.   office setup fees (authorization certificates)

5.   tourism agency opening fees (Authorization certificates)

6.   office equipment

7.   advertising and social media fees (IN US, Germany, Netherlands and beyond - currently have clients waiting to book through us from these countries as well as others.)

8.   website setup fees. This includes web companies to open abroad and spread our advertising.

9.  Advertising on social medias and more - especially in US. 

Note: The total costs to be made for the one-time opening of the company to be established is 50 thousand dollars. ($50,000 USD)

Since we will organize packages for the aesthetics, accommodation, transportation, holidays(Tours), history and cultural activities of our guests coming from abroad, and since our guests who prefer us will choose packages according to their own economy, when all expenses per person are issued for the health tourism package we will offer:

Total prices;

Minimum $1,470 USD

Maximum $5,000 USD (For a simple basic one area procedure)

This is an example of price( see example above) that will remain for our company. This will only be income/charges for a single client person.

2- personnel salary according to the status of the work 

3- health insurance , internet and phone bills plus other minor office expenses for paperwork and files.

(It is thought that once established, in time opening a US office with salary for the person/people to work there, benefits etc. At this time there is 1-2 employee in Türkiye and one consultant in US helping with set up.)

3. Use your budget correctly and on the spot. (Your money is not wasted, you reach your goal quickly. You get the best deal for the best cost and do not go broke having a wonderful vacation AND getting your personal procedure how you want it! All for less than most US based vacations!)

4. Come see history and return changed - in more ways than one! Türkiye is for everyone!

The goal is to see a return of $500-$1000 USD per client for basic procedures. If the client is having more extensive procedures then the profit will be more. Summer in Türkiye is the big business time in this industry so time is ticking already. If we can get this going with funding, it can begin in 7 days once sponsorship is obtained, then the return on investment can begin this year. There is a very real potential to obtain return of total investment within 2 years with profit. An attorney can be obtained to do legal contracts as well as needed especially since this is a business outside the US for start up. This is a sure business and will give return even while paying the employee/consultant/owner back very quickly and keeping the clients happy and safe!
