Ideapros enables first time entrepreneurs by providing the experience and tools to launch world class products and apps.  Our flagship product requires our clients to pay us between $100,000-$250,000 upfront and to provide us with 30% equity in the business we build together.  However, we have had over 100,000 applications in the last two years and have only partnered with 400 people.  With this funding we will be doing a hard launch of a whole new series of products designed to capture almost everyone in the entire entrepreneur ecosystem.  For entrepreneurial courses, offered at $250, to validation packages at $1,000, to modules ranging from $10,000 on up, Ideapros will now become the go-to place for all entrepreneurs no matter where they are in their journey.  And we are currently building out a software platform,  SaaS,  that will host what can  be described as Amazon for services - where an entrepreneur can run a one person,  $10 million company alone.  This will be a complete industry game changer.

This capital will roll into a $5 million CF round with Start Engine,  followed by a $25 million ipo on NASDA  with EF HUTTON,  both deals are already secured.  

We are led by Fred Cary, who has had several successful exits in the hundreds of millions of dollars.  The executive team are all-stars in their own right, including Craig Olson,  a former Apple executive with a $1.1 billion exit of his own. ideapros has been cash flow positive since inception, generating 20% EBITDA for the last three years;  however, we were funded this year with a $2.2 million bridge loan to build out the first stages of the program  above and are preparing for the NASDAQ IPO in the first quarter of next year.  We have revenue of apx. $8 million annually, projected to grow to $50 million in two years.  We are a Delaware C Corp.
