Hēsion Sciences was created to reduce industry's impact on the environment and improve business efficiency.  Our initial mission is to revolutionize the US and Mexico Ready-Mix concrete industries.  The Ready-Mix industry spends billions of dollars (USD) each year addressing the unrelenting build-up of concrete occurring inside every active Ready-Mix concrete truck mixing drum.  Our patented and PCT registered applicator, also known as the Stinger, and our trade secreted, adhesion busting, metal conditioning liquid, also known as the Serum, requires zero truck modifications, and has proven to prevent build-up with just the touch of a button.  This duo perfectly positions us to transform the entire Ready-Mix Concrete industry with today’s only effective preventative maintenance solution.

Currently, we are over 200 days into servicing up to 12 trucks an hour with our second-generation prototype at our sponsor Ready-Mix plant.  We are asking for $3M USD to help us acquire 18% of the 8,000 US and Mexico Ready-Mix Concrete plants within five (5) years.  With solid Ready Mix Concrete industry traction, our USDA certified biobased Serum will then work to end destructive build-up in the asphalt, tar, mining, refuse, and the biological waste industries.  It also saves assets by creating a boundary layer between vehicles and ice and salt.

 

Leasing our Stinger and selling our Serum generates a pre-revenue valuation of $25M USD, and our detailed proforma shows we will be cash flow positive in three (3) short years.  Everything leads towards a 10-times return on your initial investment in only five (5) years.

 

We can stop concrete adhesion, reduce CO2 emissions, and cut water usage with just the push of a button.
