Why Now: Youth sports, NIL opportunities, and short-form digital content have created a massive shift toward athlete-driven brands and identity-based communities. TAKE THE SHOT® is built to capture this moment—where culture, content, and commerce intersect.

TAKE THE SHOT® is designed to grow through culture and storytelling rather than traditional advertising—capturing authentic moments where athletes face pressure, opportunity, and decisive action. The brand targets youth athletes (ages 12–22), high school and college competitors, and sports communities within a large, highly engaged market of tens of millions of participants.

TTS operates as a direct-to-consumer business supported by e-commerce, athlete ambassador and NIL partnerships, licensing opportunities, and digital media. Capital raised will be used for initial inventory production, high-impact content creation, athlete partnerships, and digital go-to-market execution. The company will launch through a digital-first strategy, building brand awareness and community before expanding into retail and strategic partnerships.
