NeuroBloom is a modern pediatric therapy center focused on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and developmental support for children with autism and related needs. Our centers are designed as welcoming, sensory-friendly environments where children receive individualized, evidence-based therapy while families gain the tools and support needed to help their children thrive.
Demand for autism services continues to rise rapidly across the United States, yet many families face long waitlists and limited access to care during the most critical developmental years. NeuroBloom addresses this gap by creating thoughtfully designed therapy environments that combine clinical excellence, family-centered care, and data-driven treatment approaches.
NeuroBloom was founded by Heather Morell, Dr. Mandy Cohen, and Deborah Rosenzweig, bringing together deep expertise across healthcare systems, clinical practice, and operational scaling.
Dr. Mandy Cohen is a nationally recognized physician and public health leader who served as Director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from 2023–2025 and previously led the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, overseeing a $20B health system and 17,000 employees. Her career has focused on improving healthcare access, early childhood health, and large-scale health system transformation.
Deborah Rosenzweig is a Speech Language Pathologist working in an autism clinic, with a strong focus on supporting children with developmental differences and advocating for families in her community. Her clinical experience working directly with children and families informs NeuroBloom’s therapy model and family-centered approach.
Founder Heather Morell brings extensive experience in operations strategy, systems design, and scaling organizations. Her background in building operational infrastructure and driving measurable growth provides the foundation for developing a sustainable, multi-location therapy organization.
Together, the founding team combines clinical expertise, public health leadership, and operational execution to build a scalable platform that expands access to high-quality therapy services.
NeuroBloom’s mission is simple: create a place where every little mind can bloom on its own time.
