Most companies don’t have a data problem, they have a decision problem. The same inputs often lead to different outcomes because decision logic lives in individuals and isn’t consistently captured or applied.

Heuritex is a decision intelligence platform that structures how experienced people make decisions and uses that logic to guide AI before recommendations are made. It combines operational data with decision lenses to shape how inputs are evaluated and feeds them into an AI model that ranks and recommends actions. A human in the loop makes the final decision, creating a continuous feedback loop that refines and strengthens the system over time while enabling that decision logic to scale across the organization.

We have a working POC that runs this process end to end, ingesting data, applying decision logic, generating AI driven recommendations, and enabling side by side comparison of different decision profiles. The initial application, Heuritex - SupplyFlow, applies this to supply chain execution, helping teams prioritize purchase orders more consistently by aligning decisions across data, logic, and AI.
