We have developed an economically viable and sustainable process and proprietary formulas that allow us to upcycle any biodegradable waste into 100% bio-secure feed and organic fertilizers with zero waste left over and both the feed and fertilizer wholesale value more than four times the cost of manufacture. We also designed a way to permanently mount the entire process on a fully self-contained semi-trailer ideal for locations with little or no infrastructure and process demonstration, sales, and locations requiring a limited number of times their waste needs to be processed each year.
My name is Joe Busby, and I am the CEO and one of four Co-Founders of Global Sustainable Products, Inc. Our team has spent the last 37 years of our extensive careers in agriculture farming together raising both crops and livestock (including swine, dairy, beef, poultry, and goats) in doing so we recognized a critical need for a more economically viable, bio-secure, and sustainable waste management solution.
After considerable time, research, and testing we have developed a cost-effective and environmentally friendly process to upcycle any biodegradable (a/k/a) compostable waste, including but not limited to, paper, (INCLUDING SOILED MATERIALS), manure, mortalities, spoiled feed, food wastes, municipal sludge, and slaughter plant wastes into 100% bio-secure feed and fertilizer. Our process is vital for biodegradable waste generators, municipalities, animal feeders, and fertilizer users worldwide.
When our feed and/or fertilizer are complete there is zero waste left over to be disposed of, which not only simplifies the process but is vastly more environmentally friendly. Our mechanical flow-through process takes only seconds to completely convert any biodegradable waste into 100% bio-secure feed and/or fertilizer. Unlike the other now-known biodegradable waste processes utilizing our proprietary formulas the feed and the fertilizer can be manufactured into any specific analysis the market requires. This is especially important in countries where feed and/or fertilizer supplies are limited and very expensive.
Our product has higher margins, lower costs, uses much less energy, and has greater scalability compared to currently available solutions, all while eliminating unpleasant odors and being unaffected by weather conditions.
Our process is especially useful in solving two of the problems of every farming operation. They are:
1. High cost of fertilizers and feed; and,
2. The most economical and sustainable process to upcycle the agricultural wastes (cull produce, spent vines, and plant residues) inherent in any agricultural production.
In this light, we can also utilize any other biodegradable wastes generated by the community thereby reducing their total waste disposal volume and landfill tipping fees.
OUR SECRET SAUCE
WE INVENTED AN ECONOMICALLY VIABLE, SAFER, SUSTAINABLE, AND BIO-SECURE WAY TO CONVERT ANY BIODEGRADABLE WASTE INTO 100% BIO-SECURE FEED AND/OR CLASS-A FERTILIZER.
We have the advantage of multiple primary markets:
1. The suppliers of the wastes (4.9lbs/person/day MSW),
2. Buyers of the feed (284M tons); and,
3. Buyers of the fertilizer (14 K Metric Tons).
(US figures only but our market and clients are already worldwide based on the 30+ LOIs and 3 MOUs)
Meet our team:
In 1958, M. W. Braxton made a successful venture into vertical integration when he opened a farm supply business, Braxton Farm Supply, in downtown Cottondale, Florida to complement his extensive farming operations. Two years later in 1960 he further expanded up the vertical chain by building a new feed mill on the current company site in Cottondale. Mr. Braxton has received numerous production awards, and sales awards, and served on several important agricultural boards in the area. Mr. Braxton remained very active in the business until his death at age 92.
In 1972, after returning to Cottondale after successfully serving a tour of duty in the U. S. Navy, Kenneth P. Braxton and M. W. Braxton formed Braxton Feed & Livestock to further develop the company’s livestock enterprises into a 250-head sow farrow to finish operation marketing direct to a local packer over 5000 finished hogs per year. They also increased the size of their row crop and timber farming operation to over 1000 acres at this time. Ken has a BS in Business Management from Troy University.
Matthew Braxton is the Son of Kenneth Braxton and the Grandson of M. W. Braxton. As such he has been active in farming, the farm supply store, and the farm management work of the corporation almost all his life. Matthew has a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of West Florida.
In 1985, Joe E. Busby started a private farm and agribusiness management consulting firm.
The firm provided farmers, lenders, and agribusinesses in the Southeastern States with production, marketing, and financial management assistance on a contract basis. A major focus of the company was the development of strategic business, finance, and marketing plans that would enable the clients to change their operations so that they could survive and flourish during the next decade and beyond in the new emerging global economy and massive physical and political changes in agriculture. Joe has a BS in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida and a MEd from North Carolina State University. He holds the Basic Banking Certification from the American Banking Association and was a Registered Representative holding a series 7 license with two Major Wall Street Brokerage firms.
Ellen J. Galloway, BS Florida State University, Ellen retired from teaching after 46 years. She joined the company in 2020 as a Director and Vice President of training and safety.
She is also an officer in GKP Management, Inc. Farm Agribusiness and Ranch Management, LLC., and Global Upcycle Transport Service, Inc.
Partner with GSP Inc. and make a positive difference in the world's bio-security, sustainability, higher profit margins for our clients, food safety, climate, and the environment. We are: “EARTHS BEST FRIEND”
