AI Energy Management Platform for commercial and industrial sites to improve resilience, compliance and measurable cost savings.
Modern sites increasingly run fragmented behind the meter assets: solar, batteries, smart meters, EV charging, ATS / generators and BMS, often across multiple vendor portals that do not interoperate.
This causes two expensive failure modes:
1) silent underperformance that goes unnoticed for long periods, and
2) avoidable demand peak events that can materially affect monthly costs under common tariff structures.
Many tools provide dashboards, but do not reliably close the operational loop from detection to resolution.
Synergeia is designed as a system-of-record + system-of-action:

- Energy observability (asset health, incident timelines, tariff-aware reporting)
- AI detection & diagnosis (expected vs actual performance, anomaly detection, evidence packs for vendors/installers)

- Commissioning ready optimisation / control (where approved) using deterministic safety constraints, audit logs and shadow mode validation before actuation
AI capability proof (track record): our team has built an auditable AI commodity trading platform that combines macro-regime scoring, market noise filtering, and risk budget execution to decide when to enter, reduce, or exit positions.
The platform includes digital twins that continuously test improvements in shadow mode, allowing only approved parameter changes to reach live execution, with measured performance validation across multiple revisions. This work evidences our strengths in auditability, change control, and safety bounded automation.
We are based in Queensland and are progressing a staged rollout from monitored deployments to portfolio scale, prioritising repeatable commissioning, measurable outcomes, and operational reliability.
