I’m starting a project that will scale my business that is designed to meet the needs of health-conscious consumers. A little bit about me, I was born in Trinidad and Tobago and I've been a pastry chef for the past 4 years. I specialize in Caribbean and French desserts.

With the support of the sole distributor for Kraft Foods,  American Manufacturing and Marketing Association,  I am looking for an investment to scale my company.  My project I will provide a dough products line that consist of keto and gluten free foods such as artisanal breads, fusion foods and desserts. (pizza, Johnny cake, international flavors and dough products (like artisanal breads. Cake mixes, confections, etc.)

As you know many people are using semaglutide shots to lose weight such as Ozempic. So, imagine glutide shots, but in food form. With the increase in celiac disease and health conscious buyers, especially over the next 8 years, doctors are suggesting their patients to eat healthier meals and there is a high demand for keto and gluten free products in the market. The Global Celiac Disease Market was valued at USD 551.3 million in 2022 and is projected to reach USD 1,434.2 million by 2032, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 10.2% from 2023 to 2032.

I’m asking for a seed investment of 1 million dollars that will help scale my company. I'm starting my company to respond to a rapidly changing market and when it comes to consumers who are in need of more foods that meet their dietary needs, I want to provide that for them. This investment will help scale my business and hire a specialist, food production and manufacturing which I currently have lined up.
