We have a ready to launch MVP and are looking for pre seed and acquisition funding to launch the cloud infrastructure and simultaneously acquire a bolt on company in the same sector. we have identify an existing small business operating in a similar sector which would enable us to gain rapid traction at launching and ensure we start with enough customer base and earnings to allow for accelerated growth while enhancing the success rate of the project.
The platform will assist small and medium businesses as well as government parastatals in their cloud/ digital transformation process at a relatively more affordable price and with many value added services as opposed to similar legacy platforms.
The cloud infrastructure and services platform would also provide cloud advisory and managed services, helping clients with the heavy lifting and streamlining the digitalization transition process of existing businesses.
By implementing a global outlook from inception and in creating the platform, we are in the best position for companies with international ambition who are affected with the various data governance policies in rolling out their services internationally.
