Eagle Insulation will be focusing on the residential, commercial, and industrial construction industry in Durango CO, La Plata County, Four corner region, Oklahoma and surrounding states. Primarily energy retention of new and existing structures, utilizing environmentally friendly, healthy and ethically sourced products. Persistently evolving to meet the highest indoor air quality standards. Our ripple effect of good intentions will continue overflowing through our sales and towards donations of 3% gross sales into Non-Profits focused on facilitating, educating, and caring for children, youth, and elderly in areas of need. Also 4% of sales will go to establishing Eagle Insulation as an easily replicated franchise, marketing to similar underdeveloped contractors. We will need well qualified help to achieve what’s to come. All government buildings are requiring a minimum of Silver LEED ratings and they plan on retrofitting older inefficient buildings to possibly even higher LEED standards. This will require a nice insulation upgrade, opening up a market never quite seen like this. Along with these large structure requirements some local city, county, and state governments are following suit and increasing efficiency standards. In order to get these extraordinary R values there are many more applications that spray foam insulation will be utilized, due to its superb insulating characteristics and achieving the highest R value in the smallest cavities. Being the highest R value insulation per inch on the market.

Materials
Chemical for Open Cell spray foam insulation is readily available and is the primary product in residential building.
Closed Cell spray foam insulation on the other hand is available but usually in more moderate
amounts, large projects need 30 days to ensure product availability. Both products have increased approximately 80% over the last year and a half.
Plastics and tape material have increased approximately 40% over the last year and a half.
Due to increases in foam pricing cellulose and fiberglass sales has increased due to their budget friendly alternative.
During unforeseen shutdowns at ports, certain coasts or states; Alternative relationships with many chemical manufacturers across the United States are in place, allowing us other material options with minimal impact on sales and production.

Last Eight years committed to selling and installing spray foam insulation in homes, schools, airport hangers and industrial buildings in the state of Oklahoma.
Chris Manfredonia: Executive of Sales and Business Mentor
A Durango Local Chris graduated Ft. Lewis College in 1978 and now with over 30 years of qualifications and experience in the four corners region as a general contractor and private developer. With major projects within the commercial and residential sector as well as schools, hospitals, resorts and townhomes: most of these projects considered high end and upscale with construction costs from 50-100 million dollars. Chris is uniquely qualified in the Durango insulation market being that his business completed 15 million dollars of construction projects per year specializing in insulation and commercial wall systems. Also being extremely familiar with complex contracts he had bonding capabilities of 30 million dollars for projects in progress. Chris has decided to team up and mentor Eagle Insulation, streamlining business growth with mentorship alongside introductions and business relations with prominent contractors, developers, and suppliers in the area.
Michael Stephenson: Executive of Contracts and Estimating
Brings over two decades of public service, working in the heavy construction, road development, and surveying side of building. His Construction Management degree from OSU and familiarity with extensive contract work, estimating and managing projects to budget for over fifteen years for the city of Stillwater will allow Eagle Insulation an in depth look and solid 2nd opinion.

· Locations and Facilities:278 Sawyer Dr. #1 Durango, CO 81301 is the office location and #5 is the warehouse location in the desirable Bodo Park. The office is nicely furnished and decorated ready to welcome new teammates and clients to its Road frontage location off Sawyer drive which is on one of 2 roads with stop lights permitting direct access from HWY 160. Warehouse and trailers can accommodate $125,000 worth of inventory in conditioned space. Our warehouse is equipped with a forklift to safely and efficiently unload a semi and adequate parking is available. Future office and warehouse space will be available as needed, being that Chris M. owns the building and has access to more square footage.

MARKET ANALYSIS:
· A market analysis has been done by Boiling Point Marketing in OKC for Durango, Bayfield, Pagosa Springs, and La Plata County clearly having a great demand for spray foam insulators, and construction contractors. Compared to Oklahoma cost per invoice will increase a minimum 50% due to amount of insulation architects are calling for. An R-49 in roofs and up to R-6o in Telluride and similar elevations, compared to a of R-30 that is not inspected in Oklahoma, which will level the playing ground. Not only more product per square foot but also more square foot per project.
· Goal of having the nicest website locally rolling out Feb 1st.
· All other local companies run with 1 spray rig
· We will offer 2 very large Spray foam rigs capable of the highest production during extreme cold weather at high elevations ensuring production during the harshest conditions.
· Another smaller spray foam rig setup for residential and commercial projects.

· Our pricing will be competitive to similar sized businesses.
· In September we called around of the eight insulators in the Pagosa, Durango area, only one returned our call Mayes Insulation which did not offer spray foam. According to him everyone was overbooked or not taking on new work at the time.
OPERATING PLAN
Eagle Insulation has been working on a marketing plan with Boiling Point and a beginning budget of 10 hours per month towards SEO and website maintenance. Inclusive to their marketing package is essential directory, social media listing maintenance and upkeep. Not quite complete is a program designed within the website to “build your own bid” letting customers to either upload plans they’ve had drawn up or fill in the blank options to allow them customizable rapid rates and allowing us to engage the quote process.
Week to week Chris Manfredonia oversees attaining leads, closing deals, along with team building and business development.
Michael Stephenson will accommodate estimators with proper estimating spreadsheets and software. Michael will also screen and alter any necessary contracts of concern. A Receptionist with clerical and payroll duties is TBD.
Caleb Owens and Robert Stephenson will be Project Managers, estimating and executing projects. Running crews of 2-3 insulators per rig. Spraying .5-.75 sets per day, per rig. Shortly after we will modify crews to run machines at maximum capacity by keeping prep and clean crews ahead of sprayers allowing them to spray with minimal interruptions. Easily Increasing spray capacity to .75-1 set per day per rig.
Robert and Caleb as a team of 2 has sprayed 1.5 sets of foam in a workday on multiple occasions with equipment that has half the capacity of these 2 larger rigs. Robert and Caleb have sprayed over 1 set of foam solo, multiple times. Our Large rigs are capable of 4-5 sets per day, per rig. Budget is for an extremely modest .5 set per day, per rig 5 days a week. A set of foam installed sales anywhere from $5500-$7500

Growth: Chris knows multiple professionals in the industry to immediately have a positive impact in production capabilities. Boiling Point has an employment campaign in place to keep up with sales. Also, the area is easy to attract active young men looking for positive purpose from all over the US.
Continuing Education: Soon Spray foam insulation could be a licensed trade and Eagle insulation has started the process to achieve license. Caleb and Robert have started classes through ACC and SPFA. Robert has enough verifiable experience for the highest levels of licenses.
