AirTime Arena/AirTime Tribute Fest

I am starting a 4-phase entertainment company.  I have started Phase 1, which is AirTime Tribute Fest, LLC.  This phase is an annual music festival, where I would be booking the venue, the entertainment, paying for entertainment riders, and any other needs. The revenue created from these events will help not only local communities,  but also 20 planned charities which will have information booths at each event. The revenue received outside of this will be in the forms of food truck space rent, vendor space rent, snack and refreshment sales, and ticket sales.  I am currently planning a Founders Gala/Investment Banquet for January 22, 2027, which will be the unveiling of all 4 of the phases under the parent name, AirTime Enterprise.
